Maybe not the best time to start a blog

When I registered my domain just a few months ago, I had no idea of the surprise in store for me just weeks later.  I very excitingly found out that I am expecting my third baby!  Collin and I are thrilled of course, but the first trimester has been brutal.  I’ve tried my best to keep up with the blog, but all I’ve really wanted to do is crawl under the covers and try to avoid getting sick.  But I have two children that depend on me, so I mustered up any energy I could find and with the help of my husband and parents, I somehow made it through.  I am still feeling a bit sick, but nothing like a couple weeks ago.  I’m thankful to hopefully be through the worst of it (fingers crossed!).

This babe is expected in June, so I’ll be sure to keep you posted when he/she arrives.  We didn’t find out the gender for our other children, but I’m on the fence as to what I’ll do with this one.  Maybe it would be fun to know?  Not sure yet.

And here I am at Christmas, 14 weeks.  Very tired from a long, long day so don’t mind the tired eyes.

All to say, I’m going to be one very busy woman.  When this baby is born, I’ll have a 3 year old, 22 month old and then the newborn.  You didn’t think we were building a new house for nothing, did you?  We’ll have a full one, that’s for sure.  Collin and I both come from families of two children, so this is uncharted territory for everyone.  I’m hoping that it will be a smooth transition for us.

Not sure if I’ll keep posting pictures throughout the pregnancy, I’ll just have to see it goes.  Needless to say we feel extremely blessed and it is our fervent prayer that I have an uneventful, healthy pregnancy with a beautiful baby in June.
